National Parks are, understandably, some of the most popular destinations for landscape photographers. Finding a visually appealing scene is, in many cases, as simple as finding a pullout with a free parking space. But our parks are defined by so much more than the common vistas with the common presentations.
Given the sheer number of good photographs created in our national parks, it's no small task to create work which gives a unique and compelling perspective, while remaining true to the subject. This is something I strive to provide in each of my visits.
